One of the most difficult decisions our clients have to make is deciding whether to invite children to an event. Every parent wants to be able to enjoy an adult-friendly event, so why not make it a win-win situation and invite the adults and the kids! We provide professional on-site event child care services for clients who want to have an Adult-Only Affair without the burden of guests having to decline the invitation or coordinate child care at home. We cater to those special guests who are 1 to 12 years of age and our team of child care professionals are always excited to meet new smiling faces. Whether it’s a separate room at your venue or a nearby hotel room, we will create an exciting and enjoyable setting for the kids to have a really good time!

Our professional child care providers are fully screened, insured, and are CPR and First Aid Certified. Each professional has over 10 years of child care experience and LOVE entertaining children. Our professional childcare providers are equipped with pre-planned activities such as music and games for lots of fun and entertainment.

ACTIVITIES
Each client is asked to share any hobbies, special interests or favorite characters of the little ones. We then browse through our library of age-appropriate toys, songs, and movies to cater our activities around the interest of the children. The result is well-engaged and entertained kids having fun while you and your guests enjoy the event with no worries.
HOW TO PLAN FOR EVENT CHILD CARE
​Once you decide that event child care will work best for your event, allow us to provide you with inserts to include in your invitation package that will notify your guests of this special child care service. Or, if you are managing a wedding website, that is a great platform to notify your guests as well. Your notice will include all instructions and details that your guest will need in order to make an informed decision regarding child care during your event. When we have all the details we need regarding the children that need care, we navigate from this point, coordinating with the venue, the wedding coordinator and the family point of contact to make sure all the needs of the children and the parents are met.
